Cox's Outside Plant Engineering & Construction department is responsible for building the network of the future our customers rely on for both residential and business needs. As a Telecom Construction Planner, you will be a pivotal member of an exciting high energy team. The Construction Planner serve as the primary owner and facilitator of our network construction activities. The Construction Planner plans, coordinates, constructs, builds, repairs, and inspects Hybrid Fiber Coax (HFC) networks to provide voice, video, and data to residential and commercial customers. Coordinates with other utilities for permits, joint trench, pole applications, and service issues. Responsible for ensuring all aspects of the construction project are completed in a timely, cost-effective manner in accordance with Cox specifications. This role requires a high level of professional interaction with co-workers, homeowners, customers and other utility entities. This is a 12-month W2 contract assignment with the opportunity for contract extension or to transition to a permanent, full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Pay RangeThis job posting is for a temporary W2 contract role as an employee of Atrium on assignment at Cox. The individual selected for this role will be offered the role as an employee of Atrium; compensation, medical benefits, fringe benefits and other terms and conditions of employment shall be presented by Atrium upon offer. The pay rate range provided is a reasonable estimate of the anticipated compensation range for this job at the time of posting. The actual pay rate will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, location and/or being pursued and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition, this role will be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. For onboarding a background check, drug screen and motor vehicle report may be required.
